Now it's time to get excited, Britney fans! Britney Spears is rumoured to be collaborating with Lady Gaga on her upcoming album. Britney was offered "Telephone" before she wasted the recording and left it unreleased and Gaga releases it herself instead and Gaga also worked with Britney on "Quicksand", her "Circus" bonus track. Pharrel Williams confirmed to E!News that he called Shakira and Gaga to help Britney on the new album and according to few sources, Gaga is set to record a song with Britney too.

Gaga and her producer RedOne are then joining the list of producers hired for Britney's upcoming album; Danja & Jim Beanz, Fernando Garibay, Sean Garrett, Taio Cruz, David Guetta, Max Martin, Bloodshy & Avant and Darkchild are so far listed.

I think its too good to be true aswell I mean if its true Britneys 7th album will be EPIC for sure with or without GaGa.

Yeah, idk about it. I think Britney's better off without Gaga. Gaga seems to be collaborating with everyone and I don't think Britney should jump on that.

i want Britney on her own then maybe on her 8th album do a few collaberations but i would love a Madonna Duet on the 7th album tbh,

I think the GaGa duet will happen, but I'd rather it didn't. GaGa has this domineering, strong, powerful voice and Britney has this breathy, frail, often week voice I think it could be car crash, the only reason people put them together is because they're successful and are female.

Britney and Lady Gaga are rumored to record a song together, according to new reports.

Gaga's dad, who allegedly met Britney at the Grammys last week, chatted with Britney and told her how much Gaga loves her and would die to record a duet together.

"GaGa has made no secret of just how much of a Britney fan she is,” a source told Britain's 'The Sun.'

"She has even admitted she used to have posters of her on her wall and she was a great source of inspiration when she was a struggling songwriter."

I think GaGa would be good for Britney. If it was a single, then not only would get loads of promotion, an amazing video it deserves and a guaranteed high chart position worldwide, but it might also persuade her to sing live if they both perform it somewhere.
