Like Hayden said, they're all pretty good for different reasons.

S1 was only memorable for Jess and Naomi (both amazing) and their on-going feud with each other. Naomi stole Jess' man twice. Jess was hated at first but became an underdog and had a turnaround, whereas Naomi had a fall from grace because she played mind games with everyone. <3

S2 is easily the most entertaining one imo as it was filled with fights/drama. The first week, in particular, was crazy and had someone being ejected hours after entering, you had Zara losing her Miss GB crown after having sex with someone, Terry dumping Malin for some new girl after she was evicted and then Malin returning to confront him, the first same-sex couple and much more.

S3 is kinda hard to describe as it hasn't finished yet, but so far there's been a short lived feud between Montana and Jess that lasted like 1 and a half episodes, a fight between Chris/Sam and Olivia/Montana, a love triangle between Olivia/Chris/Mike, a two villa's twist, Camilla and Jonny breaking up (or whatever you want to call it) over an argument about feminism ()
