Bidens lawyers found the docs and reported them to the DoJ so they could do their risk assessments etc.

Trump denied he had the documents, obstructed the DoJ trying to access them so they had to get a warrant and said at the same time the fbi might plant evidence, lied about declassifying them with telepathy, then said the classified docs belonged to him, forced his lawyer to commit perjury by signing an affidavit declaring there were no more docs, now he's saying it's just folders and the fbi might plant evidence all over again.

They are not the same issues, and the DoJ have still sanctioned a special counsel to look into Bidens actions. What do you think is the issue here?

Trump is being investigated for mishandling documents...I mean, documents being found in Biden's garage beside his car have they not been mishandled?

The situations are completely different (for the reasons I pointed out above), but both appear to have committed crimes. if you or I took top secret docs home, we'd already be in prison, but they are being treated the exact same way by the DoJ. Were you not aware that a special counsel had been formed to investigate Biden?

If anything, Americans should be screaming about the archaic rules that always protect the powerful.

The one thing that could turn out to be quite funny, is that trump benefitted from being pres, which is how he evaded indictment from the Russia report, for obstruction of justice, Now both men are under investigation and Biden could skirt an indictment for being pres and trump could be hit with it, which would make heads explode and urine boiled.

ive worked in companies that had sight of secret docs and the level of security around it was insane. You could only view the documents in a faraday cage, and no-one was allowed to take anything out of the cage. Apart from that we had security going round every office every night making sure that all desks were cleared and all drawers and cabinets were locked.

It looks like a mickey mouse operation over in the USA
