Yes but Davina must know 'something' for her to deny it. If she wasn't 100% sure about it she wouldn't deny it.
the original report on BBO said they were still checking him out. Let's hope he failed the test

I don't want him in, I want Noirin and Siavash to have a real chance. Besides Isaac would just dump noirin afterwards, he wasn't interested before she went in BB, so if he was suddenly interested now it would only be to help his own career and fame
