Jokes about 'anything with a pulse, harharhar' aside, she doesn't do much other than whinge about wanting to go, playing with her boobies, and bitching.

She was hated before she ever mentioned about wanting to go (that only started after the reverse eviction night when she heard the boos), and they all bitch in the house so it's no reason to hate her. And fiddling with her boobs all the time is hardly enough to make her hated so passionately.

I've never understood why Orlaith is so disliked, (and Dermot seemed to be saying the same on BBLB recently) I'm not a big fan but neither do I bear any malice towards her. She doesn't contribute a lot to the show which is a reason to evict her but not a reason to hate her with such vitriol.

I don't dislike Orlaith particularly. She irritates me, because she's so obsessed with her looks, and she moans about wanting to go, when she actually can go if she hates being there so much, but I couldn't say that I dislike her. I just think that she's boring to watch, because she contributes very little, whereas Kemal is at least quite entertaining.
