OMG I had a dream about this fool. He was lying down in my bed reading a book. Just when he was going to say something to me, I woke up in fright.

He's got quite a common face structure, most men have such eyebrows, he's got common lips, eyes, etc. So you probably walk past someone with a face that looks like his everyday, and your subconscious stores it.
