Jedward have no discernable talent other than making a total arse of themselves week after week... (which I assume passes for talent these days).

They are destined to go ... back home ... and off my telly.

You are kidding yourself! I think Simon's hesitation had far more to do with not wanting to put Louis out of the competition just yet - than it had to do with JEdward! They had a novelty value - pure and simple - but the novelty wore thin - only to be expected!
