we were told today that temperaturs tonight could be between -20 and -30 on the radio!

I'm hoping the buses and Taxis are running tommorow, I've been stuck in and cut off from everyone today due to the weather and it's wrecked my plans completely.

It's so funny how unprepared we all are when it comes to snow, isn't it? I mean other countries can get on with it but we grind to a halt when there's a flake on the ground here.
