Pantomime booing is suppose to be playful and something kids and parents do at the theater when the evil stepmother comes onto the stage. I didn't see anything playful in the booing Makosi was subjected to during her interview. Would you describe it as panto booing?

Makosi completely deserved all the booing. The only thing that shocked me was Makosi's shock at the booing.
What the hell had she been expecting? And how the hell was Davina supposed to control such a huge, excited crowd? She's only one person, after all.

True, but generally speaking the viewers of Big Brother are fans of Davina. She could have at least tried to calm the crowd down. When Maxwell was evicted, and it was quite obvious that Davina was not overly keen on him during his interview, lots of Maxwell fans were on here complaining that Davina should remain neutral towards all of the housemates and not let her feelings about the particular housemate affect the interview. I am not biased towards either Maxwell or Makosi - I didn't like either of them - but I also thought that Davina should not have made her own feelings about Maxwell quite so obvious; the same goes for her feeling about Makosi.

However, everyone is entitled to their own opinion

Yes I would agree, that was disgraceful. What really annoyed me about that was that security were walking right behind Vanessa when that got thrown at her, and didn't seem to do a thing about it.

Athough I disagree with your point Ruth, it's a good one.

There's always a lot of anti-Davina stuff online – or at least there has been since BB5. BB fans tend to blame her for the fact that their favourite hm's aren't quite as popular as they'd imagined when they're evicted (I know that’s not the case as far as your post is concerned though, Ruth). But the audiences at the evictions go nuts for her and the hm's always look forward to meeting her as a high point of the whole experience, too. There was no way that she could've calmed the crowd though, as she explained in her Q & A with Heat magazine.

I don't think that Davina was harsh with Maxwell, really - and I wanted Maxwell or Science to win. I think she was focusing more on the fact that he was a clear favourite for much of his time in the house, but perhaps ruined his own chances as a result of a few incidents later on. The only thing I didn't like about his interview was the fact that it didn't really concentrate very much on the fact that he was by far the most entertaining hm this year. Still, they didn’t really give her much opportunity to do otherwise, as the clips they used were quite selective. I’ve said here a few times that Davina is essentially following a script. If you watch the highlights they show whenever Davina has been accused of doing a bad interview, they never show the hm concerned in a particularly good light.

I think that she was more than fair with Makosi. She gave her every opportunity to set the record straight, and I think even the most hardened interviewer would've found her nonchalance highly perplexing, to say the least.

I agree. Personally, I think Davina was very lenient! If I was the interviewer, I would have completely ripped into her! Although, that's just me.

NONE of them apologised though, so why should Makosi?
I'm with you on this.

None of them tried to milk sympathy from the audience by inventing a 'pregnancy', other than Makosi. How she ever expected a good reception after that, I really can't imagine. It was far more than gameplay - it was really rather sick.

until you can provide proof that Makosi and Ant did NOT have sex i see nothing wrong with Makosi claiming she MAY be pregnant.

It's impossible to know that you're pregnant within a day or two. She lied.

I agree with Charlotte - if she had stated that she was worried if she didnt take the morning after pill that she may end up pregnant, but to go on the way she did - well there was no excuse really.

I have little sympathy for Makosi - I actually think that she behaved the way that she did so that people would HATE her - lets face it look at how much attention it has brought her!
