Err ... yeah ... I'm point out the exact same thing?

I don't see the complication.

At least given my personal opinion on the matter I have sufficient privileges to be on the poor Fox brigade because I'm not in the process of devouring a Lamb. You may disagree with my views on Fox hunting but nobody can accuse me of double standards unlike Ninastar.

Where's the challenge in that? They just stand around.

Chicken hunting is the future. Just toffs, pitchforks and chickens in a pit. Put it on Pay Per View and watch the revenues fly in.

It is not for fun. It is at the request of the landowner/farmer who has a fox problem (most do).

We do not kill animals to live, we kill them to make money.

My girlfriend doesn't want a fox coat anymore, she wants something more like "zebra". I guess I'll have to wait until next year.

Well, fox hunting is killing for food, in the chain!
If they don't kill *some* of the foxes, then them foxes eat the sheep, and therefore, less sheep for us to eat. Therefore again, more sheep will need to be bred to be killed, which will either be humans or the hunt...
So even though they're killing foxes, they're saving extra sheep being bred to be killed.

That's how I look at it anyway, I'm glad it's coming back! A few foxes killed to save loads of sheep is a good thing, in my book!

Oh come on, plenty of toff's see it as an event. They enjoy it. You know that. It's ceremony.

The horseback? The drinks? The trumpet blowing? Why not just hire trained people to get down and dirty and kill the foxes if it's really just to get rid of them.

Trumpets. Hmm ...

I can't believe people still think it's primarily a sheep culling practice and nothing more. LOL.

Go watch some documentaries or something. Christ almighty.

Well as a veggie and a person who's completely against cruelty against animals, I hope to god it isn't legalised again!

That is a crap excuse! There are more humane ways of killing them - therefore it is only done for sport! I would love to see some of those b****rds themselves hunted down and ripped to pieces - now wouldn't THAT be FUN!

why is carting sheep off in a wheeled crate 100 miles, penning them in tight pens for 5 hours and then lining them up and blowing out their brains with a steel bolt one after the other, just for shareholder profit any better?

are you asking the same fate for the board at Findus?

Human Nature is only one side of the coin, upon the other is civilized Nature. It depresses me that some people want to keep dragging the human Race back toward, are animal past.

Why people don't want to save a fox from unnecessary cruelty is beyond me. I wouldn't mind but it's not as if you can put it down to self interest, when some of them don't even hunt in the first place. Baffling

Cattle etc are bred for that purpose - and wouldn't have existed otherwise - although that isn't right either, but it certainly isn't done for sport - so how does that justify reintroducing fox hunting?
