The way I saw it, they waited until Eugene had got up and then made a sort of half hearted token effort as if they were prepared to go, but it was obvious that they didn't want to. I definitely didn't see them practically arguing over who should go! I bet they wish they had gone though.

Would have taken the money. Don't think Ant would have called up Eugene to help spend 200k. No-one goes into the house to look for friends. Well unless you are Kinga and have none in the real world.

That's a bit harsh. Kinga knew she would be in the house for 12 days maximum, therefore knew she had no chance of winning. What could she do other than try to make the most of her ever so short BB experience?
