It was meant as an endorsement! You have to be able to see the bigger picture otherwise you'll end up with another useless Labour govt.

Because I see it this way.
Labour = more tax. Labour have lied about how much spending cuts they'd make, and their strategy this campaign has been nothing more than a grisly and meagre smear campaign against the Tories, it's really quite pathetic. Tata. Liberal Democrats = CHANGE. ALTERNATIVE. POLITICAL POINTSCORING. Nick Clegg has more ****ing soundbites than Blair had, for christ's sake, he's so seethrough it's obscene. His so-called 'policies' are so thin and unimportant that it skims over the real issues, and makes him desperate. It's very easy to appear as an alternative party when the said alternative party has BEEN an alternative party all of their life, and for a reason: they have no calibre, no backbone and are frankly not fit to run the country. The conservatives however have been the most upfront about how much spending cuts there will be, and the only real criticisms on their policy is the abolition of inheritance tax thing - a proposal that affects ALL homeowners on a salary of £20k+ - is that's what's considered as 'rich' nowadays? And otherwise it's just a lot of childishness about Cameron's wealthy background. There are a few grey areas with me and the Conservatives; civil rights namely, their past on issues such as homophobia and racism has been suspect and I can't help but feel wary of a leader who's voted against gay adoption. But that's an incredibly narrow policy area, even though if it's one that may be against me, I have faith in the public that, should there be a referendum (or failing that, a strong petition/campaign to get justice) that won't be a problem.

Because people are anti-labour and dont even look at the policeys Tories have got. If they actually did and wasent being pathetic saying labour had ruined the country then they would see the tories for what they are.

People are anti labour precisely because they have been in power for 13 years and managed to do a pretty fine job of destroying this country. Most rational people do not want another 5 years of their destructive policies. If people can't see that, despite the ample evidence right in front of them, then there really is no hope for them is there? There ARE other parties out there, apart from the Tories, to vote for. Whilst I will be voting Conservative, I am at the stage now that I would take ANYONE over the corrupt, self serving, hypocritical Labour party.

*has read the Tory manifesto*
I like their economic proposals, particularly the removal of stamp duty for first-time housebuyers, the abolition of Labour's Jobs Tax, the continuation and enhancement of 'Academies' [admittedly a Labour scheme], 10000 more University places, more apprenticeships, training and other such opportunities for younger people...
