Because it's a vote to evict and not to save. Endemol manipulate the viewers of their shows into more of a hate agenda than a support one. The result is that many couldn't care less about the eventual winner.

From reading the betting odds I was very pleasantly surprised that despite BB always getting rid of good characters, Sunshine would be staying, but it seems like that's not the case after all then. !!!!



Btw, Sunshine is a much bigger and better character than Shabby. Sunshine has much more potential and longevity (in regard to what could be gotten out of her as a HM, as a pose to length of time in the house), not to mention she's actually likeable. There is a huge difference between being a well intended person that does things that are irritating and just being an immature, over-dramatic, attention ***** like Shabby.

completely the oppisite applies if you ask me every year you get a few absolute morons in big brother that just annoy the crap out of everybody and contribute sod all to the show and every year some noobs start threads saying "keep the characters in" and "it will be boring in you vote them out"

Last season they voted out psycho-force-of-nature Bea and then wondered why things seemed so dull in the last weeks.

People are NOT THINKING and don't seem to get how things work sometimes.
Sunshine is not quite a 'Bea' but she is golden here and will keep things agitated.

For me it's easy. Shabby is a 'drain' on energy and 'mutes' others around her and is that type of energy that keep others down,
yet,
Is dull, has nearly no personality or character and progresses nothing.
So you lose Shabby.

You don't vote out the ONE person who is antagonizing and instigating and bothering everyone else while at the same time being wacky, weird and a little kooky.
You KEEP that person going.
