How many times? Louis Walsh was asked in a LIVE tv interview if he would be returning as a judge next year. He said that he would, as long as Simon & Sharon were both still involved. He told the Daily Star on Saturday that he's going nowhere. On Xtra Factor on Friday, he denied it and questioned her ability to be a judge. Louis' colleague (the 16 - 25 vocal coach) denied it. There are no quotes at all from Victoria Beckham about it, nor are there any from Sharon or Simon. The quotes from Simon in the article you posted at the start of the thread are from December 10th, 2004.

Slow news day. Old Simon quote about Victoria Beckham from a year ago. Simon Fuller is her manager, and an associate of Simon Cowell's (on XF now too, after their recent out-of-court settlement). Controversy after Louis left and then returned to XF. Stir thoroughly and allow to simmer.

Nothing is ever impossible. But in this instance, it's been denied several times over and there are no recent quotes from any of the parties supposedly involved. It's an old story.
