Thing is people who stand out more are sometimes more likely to go. Par example, Shabby and Ben each stand out more and as such some people feel intense contempt for them because of how much they stand out, and to some people are incredibly annoying or grotesque or whatever.

Meanwhile the likes of Nathan, Ife and Steve don't stand out so much so most of the voters probably don't feel intense hate towards them. Less likely to get such a strong reaction out of people.

I am not an idiot. My point was that Nathan is exaggerating his'common man' credentials.

It is perfectly possible to go to a private school and speak in an appallingly ignorant manner for effect. I have heard plenty doing it. Travelling on a train with them is like being in a zoo. Believe me they are not allowed to do it in the classroom, nor in any of the state classrooms that I have been in either.

I do remember thinking that it was a little strange that a 'Jack the Lad' type as he claimed to be was such a good cook - the two don't normally go together - however, it does seem to be his only redeeming quality! But generally, his private school education seems to have been wasted on him as he doesn't seem to have done much with it!

A wise man once told me "feed her well at a nice restaurant or learn to cook a few decent meals and you wont ever go short".

Jack the Lads can cook especially when they look as bad as he does.

There is something else about him, he hides in the background and only comes out to stab or slag.
