It is a complete misunderstanding of Biblical meaning that allows people like Dave to flourish

if you believe you have god in your life you can do exactly the same as anyone else - you are governed by the laws of physics. The examples that you give are supernatural claims made in the Bible only but i doubt that you would find anyone with an education that really belives that.
