September the 30th sounds more likely, to tear down the house in 3 days after it ends is unlikely
I wonder why that was in the contract anyway, and would it have been if Channel 4 continued their contract.

So if channel 5 take it then they may keep the house.

It was more to do with the council planning permission for the house and studio being built apparently, not the contract between Ch4 and Endemol.

Endemol have apparently since negotiated a potential 3 year extension on the planning permission. Nothing concrete yet though.

Okay but some articles have told us they were just discussing this and leases and this may even come down to 'buying the guts' (to put it in an ugly way) which may end up elsewhere,
but,
From what I can see here is just more 'talks' but we are not actually seeing any kind of real solid intent to first buy the house and lease the property and then set up shop at the same location.

That IS one interesting idea but my guess it that it won't happen. They may very well buy the catwalks, cables and wall fixtures to take with them to an entirely different location.

My pick?
They buy (lease) a mansion in the countryside. I am definitely interested in a BB that takes place in a real house (or by this I mean the HMs see a real house).
Not sure all the health and safety implications but I'd like to see that tried.
and,
This will sound strange now but I actually believe a sort of secret remote location might just work.
Farmers fields around it.
This doesn't give us the 'roaring crowd' outside but then maybe we are tired of that now?

Well maybe they will just revamp the same location but so far I wouldn't get too excited that is happening.

I hope the move to a really secluded area so they can make as much noise as they want. They need to get rid of the audience too, they are ****e nowadays
