Exactly, a mate of mine got a weight put in..... didnt go into to much detail but was saying it's nearly impossible for a woman to tell....

You get them in different sizes and everything Ice! - not a subject that I'm embarrassed about nor should it be taboo. That's when males will risk their health by not checking/seeking help if worried of a problem.

I have a little bump on my tesitcles, but it's been there since i can remember, so i don't worry about it. It never get's bigger, i wonder what it is? I thought it was an ingrown hair at first so i tried to pop it, but it doesn't pop, so i don't know what it is.i think it's hard to tell though, cause most people's balls, have lots of little bumps on them, how would you notice a new one?

It's not the actual skin that has it, but the ball itself under the skin. You just have to feel them and see if they have an odd bump that wasn't there before.

sounds like a cyst or boil. Its a skin issue not a cancer issue.

as UKT said, testicular cancer is when the actual balls within the skin sack feel lumpy.
