It doesn't need to be the same it needs to go back to the glory days, I don't expect it to get as high as ratings as Channel 4 but I think it will get great ratings for Channel 5, don't get me wrong it might be just as good or better but I don't think it's going to change drastically, it will be new with the familiar, it will have the same house, varying housemates and tasks, the only thing I'm bothered about it the editting behind the scenes. If they edit it in a way like The Only way is Essex or the American Big Brother I'll be pissed.

I always liked the rawness of the earlier series and then as the series went on the edits started to effect who stayed in and who went out only showing you one side of an argument or being afraid to get too controversial, with Desmond at the helm we know that this version won't be afraid to show nudity or fighting atleast.

I was so excited about the show returning to our screens this year that I didn't think of it that way - got me all upset now

Call me boring, but I like the rubbish dross that BB became..the ****ty tasks..the banter..

I was never one for the fights, I stopped watching the series where there were proper rivalries, not my cuppa tea

Aww. Nate. Was you a fan of series 4? lol. I did enjoy the "innocence" of that series.

To be fair.. it's like the final week of BB11. It wasn't that bad watching Josie and Andrew doing the "biscuit nominations". It was just silly, normal and had a sense of "innocence" to it. Without being over dramatic and playing to the camera.

^^^^ However this sort of thing is not really good enough to be the only sort of thing shown for 13 weeks :S

They need a mix bag of everything. Like BB9.
