Rain and wind, the sound of the sea and gulls. I don't live near the sea, but used to have a clock that played the sounds. If it's raining and windy outside, I imagine I am by the seaside and I am relaxed and asleep in no time

I cant sleep if its completely silent, have to put my headphones on or have tv on low.
I used to hate ticking clocks too but i've had one about year and half now and don't even notice it unless I think about it.... like now. |
