Surely they'd want more popular acts so they get more votes not an unpopular one...

I understand that you like Cher but didnt you find it a bit fishy that they changed it to a bottom two when Cher was bottom of the votes? because before then Dermot and Itvs official website said that the act with the least votes will be eliminated.

A bit of contraversy to get people to tune in ? - they are people that are either liked very much or thoroughly disliked: and chances are both types will want to tune in for those reasons.

Next week I feel Misha could well survive a 4th bottom 2 against Amelia. Especially if Misha is bottom of the votes and XF decide to add in a last minute sing-off like last year to get her into the final. I have nothing against Misha personally, just cant believe the pimpng treatment she has got since the bully saga and still clearly fails to get the public back on side.

They definitely didnt want Janet to win and got rid of her at last. I doubt they will want Amelia to win either as it destroys credibility of the show (someone told they are not good enough in week 1 to go on and win it). Amelia reaching the final, another few performances to get more of afanbase means it is always a possibility. I think they just wanted Janet out this week so gave Amelia pimping to get Janet below her and into the B2, however next week I think Amelia will be on first and given crap or average comments no matter how she performs (thats how its been so far). She could hit every note possible and they will just start talking crap about song choices or something.

Misha had the better performances last night and tonight so she stayed, it's not a crime or anything shocking that Janet went. If people are so offended then they should have voted for her.

Its just the principle of it,its not fair than an act that has only hit the bottom two once (by the way in the final 5) loses to Misha who has hit the bottom two 3 times.

I said this about Katie last year so im not going to be a hypocrite because its Misha eliminating Janet.

If they sent people home on the basis that they've been in the bottom 2 too many times then they might as well scrap it all together. People only complain with that reason because they didn't get the result they wanted, they'll love the sing off though if the shoe is on the other foot.

I actually prefer Misha to Janet,but the judges have always stated that 3 or more times in the bottom two and your gone,but it changed last year with Katie when she beat off Aiden and Treyc (who were better acts than her) the judges should be ashamed of themselves imo as they are affecting these peoples careers here.

The very brutal truth is: the judges don't give two hoots for the contestants' careers...... they only are interested in a few people who have enough talent and bankability factor to generate sales via one way or another - to make money. Nothing more to it.

I think it is a joke. How many times will they save Misha? I just don't get it, if someone is up multiple times, then surely that is a little hint to who the public generally like the most... I can't stand Misha, great voice but talk about arrogance! And, Tulisa said she is nasty to other contestants... that isn't the kind of person I would ever spend money on by buying records.

Oh, and good point about how Kelly managed to send Sophie home...

They can save her as many times as they want, people don't seem to grasp that the judges don't have to vote the way the public wants, In fairness to Misha she's given the better performances in all the showdowns she's been apart of. It would be more of a crime if they sent home the better singer just to appease the public.

Well i've never heard of such a rule and if it hasn't been applied in two series then I guess it's defunct. At the end of the day people whould have voted for Janet, it's not a fix it's just that she didn't have the support.
