I like the +1 but no -1 idea, and the CAPS filter is pretty irritating.

I actually really like that idea. But I worry we'd see certain members just fill their posts with swearing, and reading a post full of starred out words is just infuriating.

I thought nearly everyone would want the swear filter to be optional. I don't get why admin are so dead set against that. Just enable it by default and leave the option to switch it off in the settings.
