Yes, but his behaviour is aggressive and can be deemed as threatening. It depends on the context in which it is meant. Someone can say to you they don't like you, but if they act aggressive whilst saying that, it could leave you feeling intimidated, which is not acceptable.

It's not a racist issue as far as I am aware and I don't think Channel 5 have anything to fear as long as they do not try to cover things up and deal with the situation fairly and correctly if it gets any worse. Why should she have to walk due to the actions of others? That's just basically letting them get away with it and saying it's acceptable for anyone to bully someone to the point they do not want to be there any more. Do you really feel that is fair?
