Last night I was all for Dan & Wolfy to go in.

I woke up this morning thinking what the hell. I was so wrong, I really want Dex & Gina in there.

I don't care who goes in and won't be voting because the pairings are wrong for me anyway.

The housemates have been trying to get Dexter and Gina out for 3 weeks now, so for me if Dan and Wolfy stay in the main house, they will be seen as sort of heroes and I cannot see either being nominated after surviving a double eviction.
The housemates will believe Wolfy was 100% right as to her really being popular and with Dan will be seen as even more so after seeing off Dexter and Gina.

I think along with Dexter and Gina, they won't get nominated next week by the housemates either.
So either can go in the secret area for me, however depending on how it works out,I think the 2 who stay in the main house will emerge the stronger from this twist overall by not being isolated from the rest of them.

Also the public overall more often than not don't go with the forum views and not the bookies odds either.

Am I the only one who sees this as an obvious marketing ploy? Print a headline saying the losers are winning, watch the people voting for the winners double their efforts (and spend more money).

The downside being if everyone thinks that way, it really could end up being Dan and Wolfy going in because nobody voted.

Agree, but C5's trick via BBOTS and Daily Star is to create the illusion that whatever they want will happen and is the popular decision. So they will hint that Dan/ Wolfy partnership is ahead in poll, on BBOTs they will cheer and whoop Dan/ Wolfy suggestions to give the impression this is the better choice (they did this on last nights BBOTS show) and discuss in detail WHY Dan/ Wolfy is a great idea, and the guests will concur.

They tried to do this during BB12 to make out Alex (third place)was the one we should back, and Aaron (the actual winner) hardly figured in any debate about deserving HMs and potential winners, it was all negative.

Although Gina and Dexter in there would be good, and put them in quite a powerful position, I like the idea of Dan going in there with someone (not Wolfy though), prefarbly Gina.

Imagine how much it would feed his paranoia about other housemates.

Also him and Gina are starting to get along a little and they could be quite a dangerous team afterwards.

Like the OP said, out of the 4 Wolfy was obviously favourite for eviction with Dan in second place, if they both end up entering the safe house with immunity for two weeks, it just won't add up
