Every game has its winners and loosers. When Man utd take the field, everyone expects them to win, however....lets say Rooney deliberately dives and gets a penalty when it was definitely a dive that we all saw but the ref had been bribed and they win 1.0.......

Do we all walk away and say, oh never mind they won as they are the best anyway or do we all cry foul and hope they get brought to task and replay the game.

This is whats happening in the house. Sam is playing a game, we all accept that but he is playing it reasonably fair. Dexter is cheating and lying his little arse off. who deserves to win it. NATURALLY SAM FOR MORALITY REASONS. never mind its a game, its not its a competition and in competition cheats shouldn't win either a game or a competition.

Well there's two types of games. The upfront tactical game based around calculating nominations and such (Victor, Lydia) and the more sly, audience-manipulating version of playing the game (the Ziggys, the Darnells, the John Jameses, that whole gross succession of season-ruining HMs.) Since the public is all against playing the game, the people who fall into the latter type of gameplayers have to make it look like they are in fact not playing the game and usually do so in gross ways, such as constructing a false narrative that you are good overcoming evil, instigating arguments to make everyone else look bad but yourself, calling everyone else out on playing the game while insisting that you are ~raw n rull~, etc. It's gross and frustrating and awful to see assholes mislead the public into thinking they are actually the good guys when they're not.

Dexter falls perfectly into line with the natural succession of Richard to Ziggy to Darnell to Siavash to John James to Aaron and while I don't think he's nearly as bad as them, the similarities are there so I do get why the whole house is frustrated over Dexter's blatant attempts to look like the good guy when he effectively chose to walk for close to the full prize fund, and then manipulated the situation to look like the victim. However, I hate the means by which Sam argues so I can't even fully take his side. Charlie of all people came across as the most articulate and logical tonight to me, you really know it's a ****ed up blackhole if that's the case.

So yeah Sam, when you entered this gameshow in which you've spent the last 9 weeks of it being a tedious pointless ****ing non-entity bore, you should've realised that there is the possibility that people may be playing a game and not get so worked up about it. At least Dexter's actually contributed to the show, game or not.

All this talk of 'ARE U A GAMEPLAYER HOW DARE U' has always irritated me. It's. A. Gameshow.

It's because he lied about it and spouted nonsense about personal journey and that he didn't want the money.

You honestly believe that? No matter what he said they would have jumped on him, As they have all series. No matter what he has said..no reason to think that would change now

Also I'm not convinced it was nonsense. But I have been over that so many times today that I cba with that argument anymore

Up for eviction, immune from eviction it made no difference, Dexter wasn't going anywhere tomorrow anyway.
His staying has given us the chance to maybe help Sophie go out too so there's a bonus.

But instigating drama for the purpose to get other (better) HMs evicted isn't a good thing. Anyway, my whole point was that the people who try to enact these gameplans more often than not suck and ruin the series they're part of. Ziggy did his great share of damage to BB8 and would've done more if his showmance of choice wasn't someone who should've belonged in a mental asylum, Darnell provided many uncomfortable moments as a perpetual martyr and bully, Siavash made the end of BB10 absolutely dreadful ("I cannot possibly nominate this week and I accept whatever punishment you may throw at me." "...your HOUSEMATES will be punished instead!" "WUTTTT How Could This Possibly Be Happening" times ****ing five jesus christ), John James single-handedly destroyed BB11, and lolBB12. And let's face it, this whole love triangle turned into She Loves Me She Loves Me Not **** with Charlie is so frigging redundant and played out and put a serious damper on this year's show.
