Ignoring the fact that I didn't even mention her sexuality, how is she not a transexual?

You've clearly learnt to mask your hypocritical prejudice over the last week (albeit badly) but don't dishonour yourself by trying to make out your reasons for not liking her aren't what they really are.

My cynical side makes me want to see Lauren kicked out just because she is the only one that seems to give a toss whether she wins or not, and I would enjoy seeing her disappointment.

OK, I don't like her. I try to tiptoe between my out and out aversion of his/her sexuality, but Half the time I step on a landmine. But aside from that, There are no endearing qualities about Lauren/James. They are equally repulsive. I'm not convinced James hasn't become Lauren just for the publicity.

You really truly believe someone would go through gender reassignment purely for no other reason than publicity ?

I am currently undecided on Lauren, on one side she is very interesting and I enjoy watching her and especially the relationship she has with Courtney but the desperation to win and the way some people act like she deserves it because she has had a tough life really makes me hope she doesnt win. I hate sob stories and people playing on past problems they may have had to gain sympathy from others. She can also come across as very self centred and I think she knows how to manipulate situations to her advantage and at times that irritates me.

I'd like her to get to the final but I don't think she should win.
