Let's not act like she was a munter who has had an unbelievable amount of surgery and cosmetic work done to look the way she does and she's trying to pretend like it never happened - she's still recognisable as the person in both of the pictures posted on the OP; she's 13 years older than she was in that mugshot photo and even if she has had work done; it clearly can't have been too major or she'd be completely unrecognisable.

She has natural beauty but being ugly inside is her downfall. When I first saw her I thought she is a stunner but after watching her on BB, she became so ugly and dire. Beauty is only skin deep.

I think she's conceited and manipulative but I also think she's insightful and interesting; she's a good housemate to watch and discuss. I think she's beautiful but her personality detracts from her beauty and overall she's not very likeable. I did consider her as my favourite for about a day but that ended when she hopped into bed with Lee again and went on the offensive against Casey.

I think she looked lush in the mugshot. Not a fan of her currently or her looks at the mo, but she was awesome back then!

I think Jasmine looks good in both those 'before' pics. She doesn't look hugely different imo, she just has darker hair, and seems to wear darker and a little more dramatic makeup now.
As was already pointed out she's 13 years younger in one of the pics.

I don't know who Jasmine Lennard is or why she bothered posting the police mug shot as though it would be shocking, but all she ended up doing was proving that Jasmine is naturally a beautiful woman.

Even in that mugshot she is wearing very little makeup, and despite the dodgy eyebrows and blouse/jumpsuit (?) that she is wearing, she still looks ridiculously pretty. You can still see all the great features there, full lips, great facial structure and beautiful eyes.
Fail for that Lennard one I think.
