I took two people hostage on Wednesday. I have food for just one of them. Who do I give it to?

Betty, aged 54.
Or Dean, aged 27.

Or should I eat it myself, infront of them, for the lolz?

Edit: I should add, both haven't eaten since Wednesday when they shared an apple.

Turns out my curtains are shut. I see no snipers.

Due to no response to the question I guess I'm just going to have to let them fight for the food, like rabbid dogs.
