this happens to me too . also if I have limited time to sleep I find it easier to stay awake all night than sleep for a few hours because it makes me more tired.

I was hit by a car a few years ago, some drunk dumb as driver, it lead to swelling in my brain so I was put into a coma, now Im 100% fine though
