It's a bit of a poisoned chalice. I don't agree with the BOTS audience. It's more likely to depress the fun people if they get it because they may have to make tough decisions.

The PH has never been in a position to bring fun and games to the house. Plus, the PH gets immunity (apart from Toya). No point wasting that on Mark who isn't going anywhere anyway.
