They definitely read Digital Spy. Iain Lee posts on it occassionally. During Big Brother 11 (the last one on Channel 4) the executive producer Phil Edgar-Jones was posting on there.

I imagine they look at these sites and the polls to get some idea of what is going on with the audience and how things will work out if they do this or that.

I sometimes wonder if a lot of what they decide to do is based on peeing the fanatics off.

They definitely read DS, like the member posted above it used to be mentioned on bots a lot. DS was also mentioned on the c5/BB survey the other day.

Not saying they read through other fans sites including here but I'm sure they will have someone checking every now and then that we aren't breaking embargoes and posting info too early from our press releases.

Sometimes you can watch a movie and feel a certain way about characters and story. Then there is a twist ending. Once you are aware of the twist ending, the second time you watch the movie you can have a completely different view on the characters and story.
