I think her jealousy of Kim had nothing to do with Kims looks. Kim was her friend and would still have been if Ashleigh hadn't got annoyed that Kim also wanted to mingle with the rest of the housemates. Ashleigh had had enough of Kim long before Kim called her a liar. This is the same Kim who wouldn't give Steven a straight answer about her relationship status until Steven's mother made it clear he needed to get clarity there.
