I understand they can influence the public vote via a biased edit but if this is happening I still don't get why.? They cannot predict future HM interactions and story lines so what's the point.?

I am not posting to disagree with members who believe this is occurring just interested in understanding any reasons.

The problem is that the brain dead muppets running the show think they can influence the running order of the show by selective edits and damming HM's characters, but in the real world, they fail time and time again because they cant predict the HM's reactions and they are generally so far out, it turns into a travesty and a total cock up.

They thought it would be great fun to slight Chris's creepy tag by making him lick and preen Ashleigh, what they didn't count on was Ashleighs reactions and now they need him out because he could become an embarrassment.

I don't think its about influencing who wins or loses, as BB really don't care. The manipulation is aimed at artificially increasing the number of viewers compelled to vote, reacting to the manipulated scenarios. The hm are just fodder to that goal.

With just a highlights show, its much easier for BB to achieve this, if it were a live feed, hm interactions would be much more normal, and therefore less vote worthy

Absolutely agree it's all about getting the revenue from phone votes - I guess Chris must have a few fans who vote hence they want him up again this week to rake the money in.

I've practically given up watching the daily shows and only watch the evictions + read the Forums.

But now, if Chris leaves on Friday having been manipulated up by producers who are determined to get him out before the final (if at first you don't succeed, try, try try and manipulate again), I will not be watching the final week.

If the producers do everything they can to stop someone winning because they have decided they don't want them to, what on earth is the point watching it?

This has to be the only game show in the world where the rules are changed by the organisers to suit themselves. It's like running the 100 metres in the Olympics, then stopping Usain Bolt one metre from the end and forcing him to wait until all the other athletes have crossed the finish line.

I really have lost all patience in this how. I actually wonder if there has been another set of producers who have shown this much contempt for their audience. Breathtakingly ridiculous.
