I jut thought it was ridic, Katie isn't the worst in there by a long way. As much as I love Michelle, she was the one who pointed out that Alicia had took the bananas, why didn't she say something? No she gave the others the bullets to fire and Katie was so obviously taking the piss.

The fact that she did it in plain sight suggests she wasn't knowingly stealing but being rather ignorant to house rules. As she stated later.

Whether she does it in plain sight or not was irrelevant. The definition of stealing is "to take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it."
