I'm excited for it but hope we don't have another Perez. He almost ruined the last series towards the end.

Since the civilian series is unwatchable I've found CBB to be much better than it used to be although the first 2 CBBs on Channel Fail were terrible but it's improved.

I'm going to watch Summer CBB but I don't get excited really for it considering it starts usually one or two days after Civillian BB finishes so I don't really get the buzz usually as there's no time too

I disagree with the comment about all Summer CBB's being crap. I think BB10 and BB14 were both quite good series and brought entertainment. BB12 was awful though I mean like quite bad.

The lineup sounds like this series is going to be great though just hopefully the lineup is right its usually right (or on the lines of) so I have high hopes for this series being a good one.

Also while we're on about does CBB start still in the second or third week of August or is it being brought forward because BB started earlier this year and will finish earlier? Does anyone known

CBB14 sucked, IMO. Awful summer CBB.
The only bad summer CBB's, IMO were CBB8 and CBB14.
I really enjoyed CBB10 and CBB12.

I don't think summer CBB's are crap as series. But they are inferior in comparison to the January ones. I think Summer CBB is pointless. There is no need for them.

I think CBB10 and CBB12 were good series when you look at them individually. But compared them to CBB13 and CBB15, and they look forgettable and crap in comparison.

Not sure when CBB starts. There were rumors for a few weeks break in between BB16 and CBB16. But not sure if those are true.

Considering BB16 started on 12th May, and is on for 10 weeks. I'd assume BB16 will finish on 20-something July. Probably 22nd or 24th.

And I'd also assume they would want to wrap things up by the first/second week of September by the latest.

So I think it would work out like this:

17th-24th July = BB16 Final

3/4 WEEK BREAK

Wednesday 12th May = CBB16 Launch
Friday 11th September = CBB16 Final


OR

17th-24th July = BB16 Final

2/3 WEEK BREAK

5/6th August = CBB16 Launch
Friday 4th September = CBB16 Final

Yeah it will probs end about the 22nd July although think they might have shortened it slightly to around the 15th maybe.

CBB Summer normall launch about the 18th but think this year will launch slightly early I think.

So a 2-4 week break is probably happening, it will feel a long tim though, as I remember a month after CBB15 final felt like 6 months.

A 2-3 week break gives them time to do more changes to the house, I mean they can make the whole bedroom comepletely different within 3 days, imagine what they can do to the house in 2/3 weeks.

I'd love to see a bit of alternative decor for BB16 in CBB16.

In all fairness, all they do with the house for summer CBB is change the wallpaper and carpet to make it more upmarket for the celebrities and make it a bit more golden. And probably change a few chairs around like the sofas, dining area, and often the Diary Room chair.

I must say though the change of the BB15 house for CBB14 was quite impressive, considering they only had two full days. And it changed much more than Channel 4 used to change their houses, for January CBB, and they had like five months.

Although, I think that was what C4 were going for.

A month after CBB15 felt so long because CBB15 was a good series. I think now it's summer the days go quicker. A 2-3 week break would be from the day Eileen was evicted to today, or the day Marc moved into the bunker to today. Cast your mind back to that, it wasn't really that long ago.

But better than having CBB launch 48 hours after the winner of BB16 is crowned.

Yeah the BB15 to CBB14 was a big change, its easier I think for them to change it this year because the theme is less visible, its just modern really, where as you could easily tell that BB14 was eco ish and BB15 futuristic.


Although it will be really interesting to see what they can do in 2/3 weeks.

Good point about the BB16 house. TBH, it's already golden as it is. I can't see them changing much to make it more upmarket.

Maybe different beds or something, making the Diary room walls gold, instead of blue.

Maybe change the colour of the sofas. And modify the Sky room, to make it like heaven or some shiz like that.

yeah I think they will just change it but not really more upmarket, just different really, yeah new sofas, different colour carpet, new dinning chairs, modify the kitchen, different colour stairs, all new bedroom, and little changes for the bathroom.
