That's so weird, like 90% of members on here want tiff to win. I just can't like John because everything he does is so fake. He said he didn't cry at his father's funeral, but he cried at a phone call from his husband. If he wins over the HBIC i shall be fumed tbqh

Not everyone cries at a funeral,maybe he cried before ,after but no doubt he cried,just not at the funeral,how is that bad? he would cry at a phonecall from his husband as Darren did over his wife,also his sister as she is obviously looking after their mother who is ill and that is why John is doing BB to pay for her care,now tell me he is fake,he isn't.

I would imagine John didn't cry at his fathers funeral because he needed to hold it all together so he could be strong for his mom....is that really a concept so hard for people to understand ? Maybe John has spent so long looking after his dad when he was dying and so long looking after his mom since she became sick that he hasn't had the luxury of crying...maybe the pressure of that house and the awful ugly behaviour of Gemma Collins at the time was a trigger to all that pent up pain and grief....not hard to imagine that having spent the last 2 years trying to make the world a better place for the people in his life who were dying or were sick, he may have found the pleasure expressed by Gemma in wanting to make the world a worse place, was just the straw that broke the camels back....she should have felt ashamed but she didn't

John is a very decent bloke and has played a very good game in the house and is worthy of his position at the top of the tree on here today

Strange. There was a huge margin between Tiff, who was topping the polls for weeks and John following behind her. So close to the final week and people are warming to him. I'm not liking this at all :/

It's not strange though, don't forget some who supported housemates who have been evicted recently like Chris and Jeremy, may well have shifted their support to John now, plus I think Tiffany has actually lost a few followers of late. Not every Tiffany fan will continue to stick solidly to her just because they want to support the same housemate all the way through. I still reckon John will win.

He may well have appeal to wider audience too. Some of us know him from his acting roles, (not just eastenders) Also his life experiences, eg with his mother make him some one I could identify with. Yes hes got his flaws, and he makes mistakes, but to err is human. Hes also been a good housemate, whos got involved with all aspects of the Big brother experience, hasnt refused to take part in tasks, or made a big fuss about doing them. Has taken nominations/criticism on the chin, and just got on with it. Anyone who puts family before fame, is okay in my book. Would be very happy for John
to win.
By contrast Tiffany may have the loudest group of followers, but not necessarily the largest. Her appeal will lie largely with the devoted reality tv fans, someone else has already made the comparison with fans of One Direction, who will not tolerate any criticism of their 'chosen one', and could well be just trolling the other websites to put her at the top.

John has definitely deserved a place in the final.

Wow I'm really surprised at that. I hadn't been following the polls on here so I didn't realise he had so much support. Have to admit that he's been growing on me recently though so it wouldn't bother me if he did well... as long as he doesn't win haha! - (although to be honest, I actually think he'd be a more deserving winner than Scotty T or Darren, who are more popular with the bookies than John)

I think the reason people weren't aware of the big following on here for John is because his supporters have such faith in him that they haven't felt the need to justify or defend him too much .....we kind of just know he will be in the final....we just know he is a good person

I'd like to see him win but am happy for anyone to win as long as they have been part of the team and have tried

They have been but a few weeks in a warm, bright, modern 'house' with all the amenities, and are receiving INDECENTLY huge fees to boot, but anyone would think these prats had been away from their home and loved ones for 2 or 3 years and spending their miserable days in water-filled muddy trenches dodging enemy bullets and never knowing where their next meal was coming from - OR which direction the bullet which could finally kill them was coming from.

It is a GAME - played by 'B' list celebrities for huge buckaroos.
