She's playing a game and trying to win. She's not going to brag about being in a relationship because it messes with her game play...but she does forget herself and mentions it now and then.

Notice that she moans about being 'horny' and talks a lot about going after Jeremy, Darren or Scott in the diary room. She'll kiss them but then backs off and goes no further.

It's a whole lot of 'talk no action'.
