I did it in my first year on here with Shadow The Hedgehog as my multi's Avatar.

I was about 14 at the time tbf though so maybe it's a lack of maturity for the people that make the multiple accounts? Or they could be lonely in real life and making multiple accounts could be away for them to feel like they've got friends even if it's imaginary?
