I LOVE coffee but recently realised it sent my anxiety into overdrive - at uni sometimes I would have 3 or 4 mugs and didnt realise how much it was amplifying it! I feel so chilled recently lmao

Oh and tea only. Coffee is ****ing gross and even the smell of Gavins makes me feel queezy

2 tea's a day, maybe a cappucino aswell some days too but not often.

I am not disputing anyone and how many they have but what I am disputing is having it in costa - I am sure with breaking news of 24 sugars in each cup it is not going to make the business sweet.

Depends, normally about 3 good sized mugs of coffee, but will stretch a couple extra if I have company.
I also drink roughly 2 litres of juice a day, maybe a little bottle of sugar free cola as a treat.
Never drink tea, but hubby is addicted to it, he can't pass the kettle without making a cuppa. Probably drinks between 12/16 mugs a day.

In the afternoon I usually have a hot chocolate but about twice a week I have a coffee instead, it's usually a Mocha or Café Au Lait from my nespresso machine. I drink them for the taste, not the caffeine. I have tea like once a month, decaffeinated.

About 10 cups of tea per day - strongish, a little milk and no sugar - and 3 to 4 cups of coffee, white with sugar.

I also drink copious amounts of fresh fruit juice, dilute, and water.

That takes up half my day, and the other time is spent peeing.

...I only drink decaf coffee and never tea/the drink of Satan..(sorry Josy but I've never liked tea..)...I have a cup when I wake up, the first thing I do...then make another cup around four-ish hours later when I get into work, which I hardly ever drink as I'm usually too occupied doing something, but I have to make it anyway...then make another cup a few hours after that/at break-time which I sometimes get to drink a few sips of, but mostly not..that's it really, that's my coffee day..at weekends or days when I'm not working, obviously it's just that one cup first thing when I wake up....
