Considering its probable that it will bring more viewers to a channel that's begging to be put out of its misery, cost won't be an issue

The success of this series is sort-of riding on it tbh. They need to make the show more transparent to win back the viewers trust (and keep those who are left around), and amongst other changes, Live Feed is the main thing that can do exactly that. At this point, there's no reason why they can't keep the hour a night on 5STAR and implement a full one online - not only would it generate much more buzz on social media than the hour highlights show, but it would also bring in more web traffic to the website, which could raise advertising opportunities to help cover the cost. Big Brother Canada, USA and many other countries across the globe manage to run a Live Feed successfully so there's no excuse for Channel 5 to be behind in this area.

Basically every other country has 24 hour live feed yet the UK is probably one of the most succesful franchises of BB that has the most money. BB US and BB Canada don't even have voting to make money from, yet they have FREE 24 hour live feed!!! For different rooms!!!

All they have is an ad that appears when you click on the video but you're never interrupted! The UK should really do this, especially if their doing the US format as it wouldn't be able to work without it as the highlights shows would mainly be game talk, especially towards the end.

Took a while to get used to, but I managed to watch ALL of Nikki's BB Canada series which I hadn't done with an international BB before. But yeah, I definately agree it wouldn't work in the UK as it's not familiar and brits just simply aren't very competitive and don't really give a **** (which is a great thing).

But if you haven't tried it then I recomend giving BB CAN 4 a view

I had to laugh at a post on DS that figured that because the eye was black and white it meant we were getting live feed night and day

I have Italian Sky and you have no idea how good it is to not only watch all the time, but CHOOSE who/what you want to watch eg. what room....

That's why I love GF.
