I guess it might have been, I'm not really sure.

The pain was definitely really bad so I guess so.

The worst stomach pain I ever had ended up just being a big parp tbh. I remember being in so much pain I could hardly move (but I was in the queue for a ride at Alton Towers so I didn't need to move much anyway ) so I feel your pain! It can be awful.
