Ok another quick note before saving your images as a gif ....in animation shop click on File....optimization wizard...make sure both top boxes are ticked which I think are the "normal settings" and this will keep your image in the best quality and look sharp. Not sure if any of you did that but just came into my head

Thanks. I do that on PSP for when I'm saving them as JPEG files, it keeps them nice and clear like PNG.

Do you both have/use winzip?

To Resize go to animation.....resize animation and resize by about 80%...plus make sure bicubic resample it ticked You may need to resize more than 80% for the bigger ones but the image can fade.

Its a program which allows you to unzip zip files. It is free if you search google for it.
