If you go for an assessment for mental health issues I hardly think being asked about suicide is out of order.

Assessors are not doctors, they don't really have the right to be asking this sort of thing

The nurse has every right.
She has a form that you have actually filled out, then asks questions re your answers.
I do not agree with anybody outside of the medical profession doing these assessments to start with.

Fair enough, I'm not too informed about how these assessments are done, but surely, they dont have to be pushed to reveal very personal details, just to receive help.

Yes, I totally agree that theses assessments should be carried out by the medical profession, just posted about it actually.
