I think its safe to assume they used the stair idea. Im wondering why your all trying to deny it. haha
I'm sure its just a coincidence that Lampy had it on his design as well. I don't think they saw Lampys house design and said "Oh, that looks good, we will use that".
Thats exacttly what i think, and why not?
Because Lampys design has a platform running along the entire house where as the heat pictures clearly show just the stairs leading straight up to the door?
Look at the black scaffolding running along the front of the house obviously the structure for a platform
You know on that article you can clearly see the black metal stairs they have used for years. They have even maked it in a nice big red box that says 'STAIRS WHERE THE HOUSEMATES WILL ENTER.
But Stu the stairs were the other end of the house last year they moved them to the right handside of the structure.

I cant decipher your posts so here is the picture in lovely hi-res.

See?! Stairs. No platform. And it looks like they have moved it to the side of the house. Looks like its in a car park. Perhaps this year they want to keep the crowds back from the housemates over CBB.

theyve only changed the outside twice in 5 years, and theyve been virtually the same everytime
hence the reason why they would change it this year - fresh new look.

Anyway, look, do you really think that the house designers and Daniel Eatcock comes on to fan site forums and thinks "Oh, I'll use that idea". I'm sure its just a coincidence.

And, well we dont even now if the stairs are staying there, they might be moved back to where they usually are.
I just think that its stupid that your denying the similarites. Why would the move the stairs back? An i'm pretty sure the designers and the producers visit the forums. I mean the tabloids obviously do so why not the actual program makers?
Im sure that producers of the show do, but as far as i know they dont have a big massive part in the actual design of the house. Im sure they have a say, but as far as the actual design and theme of the house, i dont think they really care.

The people who design the house, dont need to visit these fourms. They have there own ideas that they use. In this case im sure its just a coincidence that two people (lampy and the house designer) had the same idea to move the stairs.

Yes, a fresh new look that looks coicidently exactly the same as what someone one here designed 5 months ago. Haahaa

What are you looking at this picture from the Star for? Their is a brand new , far different picture in Heat!!!! And that damn platform in the Daily Star picture anyway is for construction! You cant have a platform running along the screen because it will produce infinite amount of reflections!

I beg to differ but the producers and the directors will have a Massive hand in the house design. they have to film the house and they want something that will be impressive on screen and work logically. So they will have ideas of there own. and whose to say one of them didnt look on here, saw the designers work and offered that up as an idea for the design. Its not in the realm of the impossible you know.

Ok lets wait until the launch to see what the stairs look like. If they are the same then you wont be able to deny that they are far to similar to be another coincidence

I've just looked at Lampy's house plan, and its awful. I think at first look i thought it was amazing, but looking back newer members have created much better houseplans. Lampys platform is so big and horrible, while the one in the Daily star pic is slimer, and so much nicer. anyway, i said way before Lampy that we should have aplatform running down along side the house, so they used my idea, not Lampys, ha ha.

Im not keen on Lampys house deigns for the inside but i love the platform.
And its the same basic idea regardless of height, width etc.
When did you suggest a platform? I dont remember seeing it in a thread.

im sure lampy will be overwhelmed with ur entusiasm towards his designs, but as i said, its a mere coincidence untill u know what the actual design looks like. if the stairs were on the far side then it would have looked like my house design but that would still remain a coincidence.

the design of that staircase is so basic that hundreds of tom, dik n harrys on the hundreds of bb fan sites could have made that. what goes to say it is definately lampy's?

OK what other fan made design have you seen with a staircase running upto a platform that runs the entire front of the house in front of the big screen?
If it turns out that they have actually built this will you except that maybe, just maybe they have liked someones design and used it?

Yes i can. Its not Lampys Idea just because you seen him use it before. It doesnt mean they used his idea. They used an idea that was also used by Lampy, it WAS a coincidence.

the problem is that i fail to understand what is so unique about this staircase that only lampy's design has it, and the designers of the house could not have thought of it.

tbh, if they do have this platform on the launch, i will still think its a coincidence.

Lampy? The spammer attention-seeker who posted fake eye flashes with multiple accounts a while ago. Why give him any attention?

Yes you can. Their is photographic evidence in Heat magazine. And barring the unlikely event that you are in fact , blind , then I think those photos tend to speak for themselves.
