Sarah is just trying to stay away from her now...best thing to do. She cries too much but that's probably just her way of dealing with it.
Paul is more vulnerable in some respect because he may vent his frustration in other ways by lashing out. He seems to be dealing with it but if she pushes him too far he may get himself ejected...and that would be a shame..but that's what Jemmas trying to do.

I think shes being a diva and the majority of it isnt making the edit which is why people just dont like her and its coming across as bullying as we are not seeing the full story.
