Awww! It will sink in. My sister (who's 17) was so shocked that she didn't tell us, but now she's fine with it and my mother's knitting cardigans. And guess what... the baby is going to be called Ella!

Yeah he thinks I did this on purpose to ruin his life apparently. Well he can get lost. As long as i have my family around, that's all that matters.

Im really nervous though. I have my first appointment with the midwife in June. But that's not a scan. Im not even sure when the scans are. I mean after how many weeks?

You will be fine sweetie

If you are certain of your dates you might not have a scan until 20 weeks.

It depends on your area too...some just book you in for a dating scan after your first appointment with your midwife.

I've got my next one in June

Its pretty amasing to see.... we had our first scan at 7 weeks but it looks like a prawn (reds words) but then we had one a few weeks ago and we saw little fingers and toes a nose etc...it was much more formed.

My bump is getting to the stage where I cant sleep on my back and I have to get comfortable when lying down...ie a pillow between my knees...lol

It was pretty amasing, because we havent really had an easy start,there has been lots of pain and it was just nice to see a healthy baby with all its bits in the right places.

But we took my 2 year old daughter to the 2nd scan and her and Red couldnt take their eyes off the monitor...lol

Ella and Kiz. My sister always goes on this website (Mothercare). There's loads of information and stuff on it, and also there's like a week-by-week of what should be happening to you and the baby during pregnancy. It's been helping my sister loads.
