Andrew's really not that harmful apart from some grotesque ass flapping to a window and sucking Rachel Johnson's foot. Comparing him to a relentless harassing bully is a bit far. The reason I say this is that every series there's 1 or 2 somewhat annoying housemates that people draw parallels between them and horrible people based on one or two traits. It's like when Ann got compared to Kim despite being completely different.

People know they're not really alike just tying to make Andrew seem like the big bad villain of the series
