- Use https://www.random.org/lists/ to randomise the 26 countries. Doing so now, gives me an order of:

Meaning the following 11: Australia, Albania, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Ukraine, UK, Slovenia and the Netherlands - will have just one member as their sweepstake.

I'll now randomise all 41 members and give the first 26 that come up, that country in the order. 1st member = Sweden, 2nd = Czech Republic, etc. For the 27th member, they will get Sweden, 28th will get Czech Republic... etc.

So without further ado... here are the results
