Clearly the government thinks it's a possibility otherwise they wouldn't be making contingency plans for it?

No. But why should they give us a deal if it won't be beneficial to them and if the UK is cherry picking bits of the EU they want to remain a part of but leave bits they're not fans of, which is what the current strategy of the UK is.

Its a great trick for you/ Its a Fact to get no deal through our Parliament it needs solid votes. Not enough are there. So a New Deal is to be worked out. Making Plans changes nothing in Parliament Votes. |

Seems like the sensible thing to do no?
What would be irresponsible is NOT preparing for no deal. |

The EU won’t let us leave with no deal. They need a deal. For the sake of negotiations,It’s good to show them that we’re serious and WE ARE LEAVING with or without a deal.
arista.Article 50 is triggered. If no deal was reached then we’d be out with no deal and default to the WTO.Our parliament has no authority over the EU. |

So a new deal will be worked out. The PM on Holiday in Switzerland has no choice but to modify her Fecked UP paper. |

No it can't Arista. We have put forward our proposals as authorised by parliament. If the EU do no agree to those principles, it is a no deal. There will be no vote on a no deal, and we exit the EU in March with or without that deal

[Supermarkets criticise food stockpiling suggestion in event of 'no deal' Brexit
The government's suggestion stores should stockpile food in the event of a "no deal" Brexit has been slammed as "not practical".] ["Retailers do not have the facilities to house stockpiled goods and in the case of fresh produce, it is simply not possible to do so.] https://news.sky.com/story/supermark...rexit-11451049 |
