She lied to police claiming her "abductor" gave her the tracksuit and trainers she was wearing ,when all the while she had picked them herself in one of her several shopping trips with him ( hand in hand laughing and joking ??) When pushed why she had not told police she had chosen them herself and been shopping with him, she said "It had slipped her mind " even though she went shopping to buy them the day before she went into the consulate

She also refused to go to court and go in the dock (scared of being cross examined ? )

And to you that's enough to doubt everything she lived? Pretty sure the investigators and the court knew better when they made their decision...which is again not up to our opinions (whether we trust her or not)
If what happened to her is indeed real, then I feel bad for her because people keep mocking and doubting. That's all I said. Let the girl live.

Of course people doubt her Have you ever heard of a kidnapper giving the person kidnapped an IOU for part of the ransom money to be paid once shes arrived home ? or the same kidnapper paying part of the ransom money for her captive person ? No neither have I

There are probably many many innocent people in jail. Is it not worth having a conversation about? Especially since given if she is lying it sets an awful precedent where you can make up the most barbaric **** to get attention from the press, possibly at the expense of others. For what it’s worth, I believe her. But chuff posting on this forum that she’s lying isn’t gonna personally hurt her is it?

What evidence ? you have her word and nothing else, her word that she refused to be allowed to be questioned in the dock ... She claimed to have been drugged with Ketamine but was able to remove the gag around her mouth and open a hole in the bags zipper within minutes ?
She also knew her "kidnapper" before the event as she had met him at a photo shoot in Paris

You said there's no evidence. People don't get sent to jail on no evidence.

As she wouldnt even go to the court to testify, a jury never had the chance to see her reactions to questions

So far I've seen you blame the victim, I've seen you blame Italy's justice system yet not one slight bit of condemnation for the kidnapper that comitted this crime.

In fact one of the main characters from that whole f.cking ****storm, Asia Argento, who accused Harvey Weinstein of raping her (even after admitting to a 4 years relationship with him AFTER the rape was meant to have happened) has paid off a 17 year old boy, whom she raped when he was 17 and she was 37 years old

Now I know it doesnt have a lot to do with Chloe, but women who act like professional victims really f..k me off
